marketing, SMS campaigns, and website development.

and resources.

- Our services are provided on a contract basis and are customized based on the clientʼs needs and selected packages.
- We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at our discretion, with prior notice to existing clients.
- All content, strategies, and marketing materials created by Triggericon remain the intellectual property of Triggericon unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Payment and Billing
- Payment terms are specified in the service agreement and are due as stated.
- Failure to pay invoices within the specified timeline may result in the suspension or termination of services.
- All service fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in the contract.
4. Client Responsibilities
- The client agrees to provide accurate and complete information required for effective service delivery.
- The client is responsible for approving content and campaigns before they go live.
- The client must comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding marketing and advertising practices.
5. Data Collection and Use
a. Information We Collect
We collect personal information from clients and users who opt-in through our
website forms, including but not limited to:

- Service Preferences
b. How We Use Your Information

- Triggericon shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services.
- We are not responsible for the performance or results of third-party platforms used in the marketing process
8. Intellectual Property
- All materials created by Triggericon, including logos, content, strategies, and creative assets, remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- The client is granted a non-exclusive license to use the materials during the service period.
9. Termination
- Services may be terminated by either party with prior written notice as specified in the service agreement.
- Triggericon reserves the right to terminate services immediately in case of:
- Non-payment
- Breach of these terms
- Illegal use of our services
10. Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through negotiation in good faith.
- If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to the exclusivejurisdiction of the courts in Ontario, Canada.
11. Changes to Terms
- We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time.
- Clients will be notified of significant changes via email or through our website.
12. Governing Law
